MANCHEGO CHEESE
Our Artisan Manchego Cheese, made from the milk of sheep of the Manchega breed, has been aged (between 3 and 14 months) in a natural cave in Manzanares, a village in La Mancha (Spain). Aging in a cave has a huge impact on its flavour and texture with a perfect balance of moisture and aridity.
Our Manchego cheese can be served as part of a tapas selection and pairs very well with quince or figs.
Any of our Manchego cheeses is a perfect dessert by drizzling honey or sherry cream over it.
