Hand harvested, destemmed, fermented in stainless steel (24C), gentle maceration (15 – 17C) with regular pump-overs.
4 months in French and American oak barrels and maturing in bottle
· Appearance: Intense cherry red wine with purple reflections.
· Nose: It is clean very intense in aromas. It is rich in fruit aromas, predominantly cherry, strawberries, forest berries with balsamic background and light coffee notes that give length and depth.
· Palate: It fills and envelops the palate from start to finish. Full-bodied, it has sweet tannins and considerable alcohol, although both are very well integrated. It is silky texture and perfectly balanced on its passage through the mouth. It leaves a long, harmonious fruity aftertaste. This is an elegant wine with a rich organoleptic complexity.
