  • Aged: 12-14 months in natural caves.
  • Aroma & Flavour: complex and rich, slightly acidic flavour with subtle aromas of nuts and dried fruits with long finish.
  • Consistency: dense, flaky and firm texture.
  • Colour: it is rich yellow inside and rich chestnut colour outside.
  • Rind: unedible.
  • Keep it refrigerated between 4oC to 12oC
  • Consume it at room temperature.
