- Aged: 12-14 months in natural caves.
- Aroma & Flavour: complex and rich, slightly acidic flavour with subtle aromas of nuts and dried fruits with long finish.
- Consistency: dense, flaky and firm texture.
- Colour: it is rich yellow inside and rich chestnut colour outside.
- Rind: unedible.
- Keep it refrigerated between 4oC to 12oC
- Consume it at room temperature.
