Made with pasteurised sheep milk in a slow and artisan process in natural caves.

  • Aged: 6 months in natural caves.
  • Aroma & Flavour: soft touches of hazelnuts, walnut and dried fruit.
  • Consistency: dense, creamy and smooth texture.
  • Colour: it is a hint of yellow inside and light brown on the outside.
  • Rind: unedible.
  • Keep it refrigerated between 4oC to 12oC
  • Consume it at room temperature.
