Made with pasteurised sheep milk in a slow and artisan process in natural caves.

  • Aged: 3 months in natural caves.
  • Aroma: soft touches of hazelnuts, walnut and dried fruit.
  • Consistency: firm and slightly springy texture.
  • Colour: Inside has an intense marfil color and brown on the outside.
  • Rind: unedible.
  • Keep it refrigerated between 4oC to 12oC
  • Consume it at room temperature.
